Is PC Matic The Answer To Many Computer Woes

By its name, it should give one an inkling what it is all about. PC Matic is perhaps a clear indication of what it can and will do for a computer. Inferring to its target, the notion of automatic action is frequently one looked forward to by the average computer user. By promising to spirit away all of one's computer woes, the user gladly relinquishes control as it projects the impression of being idiot-proof. It is apparently robust enough to withstand the scrutiny of the more technologically advanced preferring to keep a firm hand on things.
Since man has yet to invest a computer with inexhaustible resources, it is safe to say that many computers grind to a halt after a period of use. Normally the lack or absence of computer maintenance is the culprit as a healthy group of users display great tendencies at clicking and downloading free software with no notion of its consequences. Perhaps the temptation of doing so is likened to an adorable puppy looking out of a window of a pet shop, wagging its little tail and begging to be taken home. That is how some homes end up with three hamsters, two dogs and a budgie in a pear tree.
PC Matic is basically a collection of goodies to weed out baddies in one's computer. Since the operating system tends to leave clutter behind, possibly an oversight of overpaid programmers, this program has a utility to dust away the cobwebs within. Temporary files take up much needed space in the hard drive. They do not live up to their names of being temporary in nature and squat indefinitely until manual intervention is initiated. Deleted files in recycle bins and internet caches heed the same law. This software picks up their presence and highlights options for removal to the user.
Computer maintenance encompasses the cleaning up of one's registry, that is to say, realignment of bits out of place. Many a time, badly constructed applications leave behind traces of themselves even after they are uninstalled. Once again, PC Matic cleans up the ever so important registry to produce a state of optimization. In the event one develops cold feet, there is the option to restore the registry to initial state if one does not favor the outcome. However, files once deleted are gone unless a backup was done beforehand.
